Any contact received through different domains, free email accounts (Gmail, Hotmail, Outlook, etc.) or similar domains should be disregarded and treated as a fraud attempt.

• Task and commission schemes:Performa Web does not recruit people to perform tasks such as “following stores,” “reviewing products,” or “completing missions” in exchange for commissions via WhatsApp, Telegram, or social media.
• Request for deposits or donations:Performa Web never requests bank transfers, PIX, or deposits into individual accounts for “profit release,” “withdrawal fees,” or “investment in tasks.”
• Member contracts and bonuses:documents titled “Member Compensation Agreement” or similar, which use the Performa Web logo, are fake. The company does not issue profit-sharing agreements to external third parties through messaging applications.
• Sending suspicious links:message forwards via SMS, WhatsApp, or Telegram requesting the user to click on a link are fraudulent. These links lead to fake pages and collect personal data. Performa Web never sends links in unsolicited messages.
• Recruitment and selection:all our selection processes are free of charge. Performa Web does not charge application fees, examination fees, or material fees. Our job openings are advertised only through official channels and never via messaging applications.
• Fake commercial proposals:be wary of proposals sent by unverified profiles offering media, SEO, or development services on behalf of Performa Web outside of our official channels.

Performa Web warns that criminals have been using the names of partners, directors, and employees in falsified documents to lend an appearance of legitimacy to financial scams.

• Performa Web does not recognize positions, signatures, or organizational structures that are not listed on our official channels.
• Be suspicious of any document that presents roles such as “Mentorship” or “Task Organization” linked to our brand.

If you are contacted by individuals claiming to represent Performa Web with offers of extra income or infringement notifications:

• Do not provide personal data:CPF, bank details, or addresses.
• Do not access links or attachments:especially those titled “Copyright Infringement” or “Registration Update” with .docx or .zip attachments, as they are phishing vectors.
• Do not make payments:Performa Web does not operate with billing models for participation in projects, sweepstakes, or selection processes.

If you clicked on the link, downloaded the file ou opened a documentrelated to a suspicious email, immediately follow the guidelines below to reduce risks:

• Do not provide any additional information:if you were asked to fill out forms, provide passwords, codes, or personal data, stop immediately.
• Change your passwords:immediately change the passwords for your email and any other system that uses the same password, preferably from a secure device.
• Perform a security check on the device:run a full scan with a reliable antivirus or security tool.

• Ask you to maintain secrecy(“do not share with anyone,” “confidential matter”) as a condition to solve the problem.

Performa Web adopts strict legal measures against the misuse of its intellectual property and image. All identified cases are reported to the competent authorities through Police Reports and legal monitoring.
