Our Story
Performa Web's Story
In 2012, Luciano Barreto, acting as CEO of Submarino Viagens (a company within the B2W group, one of Brazil's and the world's largest e-commerce companies), envisioned the project of creating a differentiated digital marketing agency with a unique value proposition: to transform companies' marketing plans into a strategy focused on performance and results.
At that time, few companies understood the magnitude and importance that digital marketing would gain as an opportunity to reach customers and leverage business growth.
Thus, he outlined the plan and invited two executives to become partners in this project: Denis Casita, former Head of MKT at B2W Viagens, and Dado Nascimento, an experienced entrepreneur in the tourism and hospitality sector. Through the combination of strategic planning (Luciano), Digital Marketing expertise (Denis), and capital (Dado), Performa Web was born to meet the demand for an agency that would act as a strategic partner to its clients. Early accounts, such as Submarino Viagens, Schutz, and Compacta Print, quickly showed the strength of the proposal.
What followed was a trajectory of constant growth and market recognition. In a short time, the agency evolved from being solely media-focused to full-service. Awards came, the highest industry certifications, the shift towards data, and more recently, artificial intelligence. The timeline below tells this journey.

Founding of Performa Web
Luciano Barreto, Denis Casita, and Dado Nascimento create a digital marketing agency focused on digital media performance. Operations begin in a first office on Alameda Santos, in São Paulo, led by Denis and 3 additional employees.
- 2013
Full digital marketing portfolio
In just one year of operation, the agency shows its growth potential and completes its digital marketing portfolio, now serving brands end-to-end in the digital sphere.
- 2014
The agency's partnership program is born. Ricardo Grimaldi is the first partner
Performa Web creates its partnership program and Ricardo Grimaldi becomes an agency partner.

Denis is recognized among Brazil's best Paid Links professionals at the Digitalks Award, one of the main accolades in the digital scene.
